Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Frekvens AS ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Slow app and website. By using Slow, you agree to them.

What Slow is — and isn't

Slow provides soundscapes, mixing tools, and wind-down guidance to help you relax and sleep. Slow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including insomnia or anxiety disorders. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, talk to a qualified health professional.

Your account

You need an account to use Slow. Keep your sign-in credentials safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

Subscriptions

Slow offers auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly and annual plans). Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
New subscribers may be offered a free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair use

You agree to use Slow only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its sounds. All soundscapes, artwork, text, and software in Slow are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Slow available and improving, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including content) at any time. We may update these terms; if changes are material we'll let you know in the app, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Slow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes are subject to the ordinary courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to your local courts.
